Can it handle size and colour variants properly?
Yes. Each size and colour of a style is tracked as its own item, so stock, sales and reorder levels are accurate per variant rather than lumped together under one style name.
Do we need to buy new hardware?
No. Stock2Track works with standard barcode scanners, thermal and label printers, weighing scales and pole displays. If you already have them at the counter, we connect to what you own.
We have three showrooms. Will they stay in sync?
The Cloud plan syncs stock, prices and promotions across every branch and lets you transfer pieces between them. The Offline plan is for a single shop.
What happens if the internet goes down mid-sale?
The Offline edition runs entirely on your own Windows computer with daily backups, so billing carries on. Nothing at the counter depends on a connection.
Can bills go to the customer on WhatsApp?
Yes, alongside the printed bill. That is what our Hyderabad denim customer uses, and it is the reason reprint requests stopped.
What does it cost, and what about setup?
Rs 25,000 one-time for the Offline plan, or Rs 25,000 per year for Cloud, both excluding GST. Installation, importing your existing item list and staff training are worked out with you during the demo.
