Stationery and gift shop software built for ten thousand small items
Most of what you sell is worth a few rupees and still has to be found at the counter in one keystroke. Stock2Track handles the catalogue, the school-season rush, the gift sets and the schools that buy on account.
Used by 2,000+ retailers across India. Windows at the counter, Android and iOS for the owner.Small items, large counts, and six weeks that decide the year.
Stationery is a volume business hidden inside a low-value catalogue. The hard parts are the size of the item list and the shape of the year.
- Thousands of items, most worth a few rupees, and every one of them still has to be found at the counter without slowing the queue.
- June and the school season treble the volume for six weeks, then it stops.
- Schools and offices buy on account and pay later, so a ledger matters more than a cash drawer.
- Gift sets and combinations are sold as one thing but come out of several stocks.
- Half the shelf is seasonal, and last year's stock is still sitting there when this year's arrives.
What Stock2Track does for a stationery and gift shop
Ten thousand items, found in one keystroke
Search by name, code or barcode, with catalogues and categories behind it, so a large item list does not turn into a slow counter.
Billed as one, counted as many
A gift set or school kit is billed as a single item while the stock comes off each of the things that went into it, so the count stays right without anyone doing arithmetic.
Schools and offices on account
Institutional customers buy on credit against their own account, with quotations, bulk invoicing and a ledger that shows exactly what is outstanding and how long it has been outstanding.
Reorder points tested before you commit the cash
Set a reorder level per item, test it in the simulator before the season starts, and let the purchase order draft itself and arrive on your phone for approval.
Last year's stock, named
Ageing and fast-slow-non-moving analysis name what has been sitting since the last season, before this season’s stock arrives on top of it.
Bill items you do not want to track
Not everything belongs in inventory. Small sundries can be billed straight at the counter with no purchase entry behind them and no stock level to maintain.
A counter that keeps up with a school-season queue
The item list is long and the queue is not patient. Everything here is built around finding the item fast and getting the bill out.
- Search by name, code or barcode, with the full catalogue behind it.
- Gift sets billed as one line, counted as several items.
- Park a bill when a parent goes back for two more things.
- Print the bill, or send it to the customer on WhatsApp.

Three things every counter asks us for.
Park a bill, serve the next customer
Someone goes back for two more things. Park their bill, bill the person behind them, then pick the first one up again. Nobody queues behind a half-finished sale.
Role-based access, feature by feature
Decide what each person and each department can open. A cashier bills without being able to edit a price, change stock or see the margin on a sale.
Built for the evening rush
Keyboard shortcuts, barcode entry and a counter screen that does not make anyone hunt through menus when there are six people waiting.
A six-week season, served without losing a customer
Built for how India actually does business.
Power cuts, patchy internet, GST filings and the printer you already own. Stock2Track was designed around them, not adapted later.
- E-invoices and e-way bills generated straight from the bill, with GST reports your accountant can file from.
- Keeps billing when the internet drops. The offline edition runs entirely on your own computer.
- Works with the hardware you own: barcode scanners, thermal and label printers, weighing scales and pole displays.
- Available in 5 languages: English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada.
- Windows at the counter, Android and iOS for the owner.
- Over 100 permissions, so a cashier can bill but cannot edit prices or see profit.

Questions stationery owners ask us
We have thousands of items. Will the counter still be fast?
Yes. Items are found by name, code or barcode with the catalogue behind the search, so the size of the item list does not decide the speed of the bill.
Can we sell gift sets and school kits?
Yes. A set is billed as one line while the stock comes off each item that went into it, so you do not have to maintain a separate stock for the set.
Schools buy from us on credit. Can we manage that?
Yes. Institutional customers have their own account with quotations, bulk invoicing and a ledger showing what is outstanding and for how long.
How do we plan for the school season?
Set reorder levels per item and test them in the reorder simulator before committing the cash. Purchase orders then draft themselves and come to your phone for approval.
How do we find last season’s dead stock?
Ageing and fast-slow-non-moving reports name what has not moved, so it can be cleared before this year’s stock lands on top of it.
What does it cost?
Rs 25,000 one-time for the Offline plan, or Rs 25,000 per year for Cloud, both excluding GST.
