Can I see which sizes are finished?
Yes. Stock is held per article, colour and size, so the report shows exactly which sizes of an article are gone rather than one number for the style.
Can I move a size from another branch?
Yes. Stock across branches is visible from one screen and moved on a transfer, so a size sitting in another showroom can be brought in rather than lost.
Do I have to close the shop to take stock?
No. Stock and shelf verification work section by section while the shop trades. For shops that tag with RFID, a rack can be counted in one pass.
Can company schemes and season discounts be applied automatically?
Yes. Discount schemes are set up once and applied at the counter, so they do not depend on whoever is billing remembering them.
A customer brings a pair back months later. Can we find the bill?
Yes. The sale is searchable by customer, by mobile number and by item, and an exchange is recorded against the bill the pair was sold on, so the stock count and the customer account both stay correct.
